Halibut is one of the many delicacies extracted directly from the Atlantic ocean. Commonly found in Greenland, Iceland, and the Gulf of Maine, these fish are packed with delicious and tender flakey white meat.
After being harvested fresh directly from the ocean, our halibut is then smoked in small batch oak-barrels to give the fish a distinct and exquisite taste unlike nothing you’ve experienced before.
Smoked halibut is best enjoyed when accompanied alongside fresh vegetables like green beans or spinach. Serve with a splash of lemon drizzled on the dish for a remarkable yet tangy dining experience.
