Our, gourmet Roast Half Duck makes serving duck practically effortless. Serve as a beautiful entrée or off the bone for sandwiches, salads, pizza, nachos, or a stellar duck taco. The possibilities are limitless!

Duck Ingredients:
Duck, water, sodium lactate, 2% or less: sodium phosphates, salt, maltodextrin, modified food starch, cellulose gum, oil of garlic

Cooking Instructions: 

Conventional Oven:

1) If frozen, defrost in refrigerator overnight.
2) Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
3) Remove from bag and place in a shallow baking pan.
4) Bake 15-20 minutes. 

Grill:

1) If frozen, defrost in refrigerator overnight.
2) Over medium heat, place duck skin side down on a rack and heat for 10 minutes.
3) Turn duck over and heat for an additional 5-10 minutes or until thoroughly heated.

Air-Fryer:

1) If frozen, defrost overnight.
2) Pre-heat air-fryer to 390 degrees Fahrenheit.
3) Separate half duck into two portions.
4) Arrange portions on tray so they do not overlap.
5) Air-fry for 12 minutes.
6) Carefully remove product and allow to rest 1-2 minutes before serving.
