DISTINCTIVE QUALITIES: Beluga caviar, also known as huso huso, is the only purebred Beluga in the United States. Our Kolikof Purebread Beluga Caviar is large and firm with light-gray grains. It has a beautiful buttery, creamy, nutty flavor.
