This remarkable farm-raised kaluga caviar has large and glossy grains that range in color from dark gray to light golden tones. Our golden kaluga caviar’s flavor is blissful, creamy, buttery, nutty with that fabulous, famous burst of the sea. Sublime!

SHELF LIFE: Four weeks refrigerated. Once opened, Use within 72 hours of opening or until the use-by date, whichever is sooner.

STORAGE: Keep refrigerated. Store at 32ºF to 34ºF. Refrigerate promptly upon receipt.
