Kolikof Golden Ossetra caviar (Acipenser guldenstadtii) is sturgeon caviar at its finest. Golden Ossetra Caviar, also known as Osetra caviar, has a distinct flavor that is perfectly balanced, buttery, and briny. Our farm raised Osetra caviar is harvested locally from the Amur River.

These gourmet caviar grains are rare glistening tones of golden-bronze. Easily one of our best products within our extensive catalog of Osetra Caviar.

SHELF LIFE: Four weeks refrigerated. Once opened, use within 72 hours of opening or until the use-by date, whichever is sooner.

STORAGE: Keep refrigerated. Store at 32ºF to 34ºF. Refrigerate promptly upon receipt.
